Our Electrical Immersion Heaters are industrial grade, temperature-controlled electrically operated units designed specifically to heat our SAE Type I deicing fluid prior to deicing operations.

Specifically Designed to work with our sprayers

Our Immersion Heaters can be factory mounted into any Deicing cart, from 5- to 110-gallon capacity. Additionally, the specially designed IH-HS1, 2, & 3 series units are designed specifically to be mounted in our Handheld Deicing Sprayers, allowing the deicing fluid to be heated within the sprayer's tank.

Our Electrical Immersion Heaters are industrial grade, temperature-controlled electrically operated units designed specifically to heat our SAE Type I deicing fluid prior to deicing operations.  The standard units are available in both 120- & 240-volt configurations. They feature a Brass 1" MNPT threaded screw plug, a heavy-wall seamless copper sheath heating element and thermostat bulb, a weather resistant cover,  a 6' all-temperature (-40° to +194° F) indoor-outdoor cord, and a factory-set (160° F) automatic thermostat.  All the 120 volt units (except the 2500 watt) can be plugged into a standard 3-prong grounded outlet; the 120 volt / 2500 watt and the 240 volt units require a special plug.
